We believe that we are better together, and therefore whatever we do, we do it together.

WE'RE ON MISSION.

Our purpose is to see the gospel transform everyone.

THE BASE exists to be:

Grounding people in hope through the resurrection life of Christ in the Spirit
Growing people in love as the love of the Father gets revealed
Seeing people go in faith, walking in mature obedience like the Son.

The base is my home. it's my family.

GROUNDED IN THE GOSPEL

To live without hope in this world is to be like an uprooted tree. Real hope is only found in Jesus. He is the way, the truth, & the life! To be grounded is to know Him in a very personal and intimate way.

The early church in the book of Acts got grounded in the hope of the gospel by believing that Jesus died on the cross to exchange His sinless life of perfection for their sinful lives of imperfection. The church of Acts practised this belief through the breaking of bread & prayer.

Get Grounded by believing that the exchange Jesus made for your life, settled the issue of sin in heaven for you forever. Strengthen your position of faith in Christ by using the breaking of bread (communion) & prayer as a practical way for you to identify & establish yourself in Christ.

GROWING IN THE GOSPEL

Anything that grows reflects life. As we grow, we embrace more of God’s life & we literally become more like Him; His thoughts become our thoughts, His ways become our ways, & His heart overtakes ours.

The early church practiced fellowship, publicly & from house to house, not only to build meaningful friendships but as a means of expressing & growing in the love of God. This fulfills the great commandment; to love God and our neighbours as ourselves.

Get Growing by joining one of the groups meeting in a home in your area. It is in a Growth Group that you will get to experience the healing benefits of the body of Christ, & it is also the place where you will learn to love people like God loves people.

GOING WITH THE GOSPEL

The New Testament helps us to understand that there is a consequence to the gospel. The gospel of Jesus puts you and I in partnership with God to see others reconciled to the Father. Now the good news that has come to you can go to others, through you.

The early church devoted itself to the apostolic doctrine. Apostolic doctrine helped the church to mobilize believers with the teaching of righteousness, which is the truth that Jesus paid God with His blood as a man, and as God forgave our sins. Jesus made it possible for all who believe in Him to be born again by the Holy Spirit, transforming us into new creations of God.
